I am so happy to be at Prosperity Heights as the school's principal! It is a dream come true for me to be working with such an amazing school in this important leadership role.

When I'm not working, I'm busy at home with my family. My husband and I have been married for almost 25 years, and we have three children who bring us great joy. Our oldest child recently graduated from college, and the middle one will graduate from college next year. Our youngest is still in high school, so we have all the school-related activities like helping with homework, attending meetings, and going to sporting events that other parents do.

In this busy life, I have found that I stay healthier and more grounded by taking care of myself. I do that by exercising, relaxing and laughing with family and friends, gardening, writing, reading, and cooking. One of my favorite weekend activities is to spend a few hours in the kitchen cooking up a wonderful tasting and smelling meal. The best part is when everyone sits down at the table to share the food and tell their stories from the week that just ended.

I hope all of our families connected to Prosperity Heights find ways to take care of themselves and their children. We can make this a better world - one meal, one conversation at a time.
