Saint Public School Library
Live Homework Help is an online tutoring service featuring expert tutors fro across the country.  Stuents connect to tutors for one-on-one help in math, science, social studies and English.  The service is free for all students with their library card.

The tutors are certified teachers, university professors, graduate school students, students at accredited colleges and professionals who are experts at their fields.  All tutors have received a criminal background check and reference check and have been certified through the Tutor.com Training Program. 

Students may connect to the tutors for free at the library afterschool with their library card or from home afterschool with their library card number.  Students simply go to the Saint Paul Public Library Website, www.sppl.org, and click on the link for Live Homework Help. 

Live Homework Help is available Sunday through Thursday from 3p.m. to 10p.m.  The service is also available in Spanish Sunday through Thursday from 3p.m. to 9p.m.

Saint Paul Public Library is the first public library to offer this service in the Twin Cities.  The servie is being funded by The Friends of the Saint Paul Public Library.  To learn more about the program, please contact the Hayden Heights Library, 1456 Whitebear Avenue, 651-793-3934.   The Library is open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 12:30p.m. to 9:30p.m., Tuesday from 10a.m. to 9p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 10a.m. to 5:30p.m., and Sundays from 1p.m. to 5p.m.
