Immigration Station! Mrs. Pilon and Mrs. Renner's 3rd Grade ELL classes are working on writing and giving oral reports on immigration. Since all of the students have family members who are recent immigrants, the main source of information for these reports was interviews of people from their family who came from other countries. The students heard wonderful stories of the difficulties their grandparents, parents, aunts and uncles went through so that their families could have a good life. We look forward to hearing their talks and will soon be posting movies showing the students as they give their presentations. January 27, 2003
