Writer's Workshop Writers workshop is an interdisciplinary writing technique which can build students' fluency in writing through continuous, repeated exposure to the process of writing.  Teachers can introduce elements of Writer's Workshop at any elementary grade.  Ideally, however, the process begins in Kindergarten. Reader's Workshop Reader's Workshop is a teaching method that has been around for many years.  Its main focus is to foster a love for reading within our students, and to differentiate, or personalize, instruction in order to accomodate the learning needs of all students.
